The ex-president's first criminal trial the first for any president kicks off with jury selection on Monday morning.
Judge Juan Merchan has previously rejected another effort to see him removed from the case.
"Defendant knows what he is doing, and everyone else does too," Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg wrote in a filing.
"Enough is enough," the district attorney's office said of Trump's latest attempt.
WHAT'S HAPPENING
Manhattan prosecutors brought charges against 18 people, including five employees of the citys homeless services agency, an NYPD officer, and two letter carriers.
Prosecutors cited Donald Trump's long history of making public and inflammatory remarks" about people involved in his legal cases.
The Arizona prosecutor suggested Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg could not be trusted with the suspect.
He made the comments as a New York judge gave the go-ahead for his hush-money trial to begin next month.
Police said Yohenry Brito was disobeying a lawful order to disperse when an officer tried to arrest him, triggering a melee with nearly a dozen men. But footage released today shows he was walking away.
The ex-president's response to his fourth criminal indictment follows a strategy he has used for years: relentless attacks often infused with racist language.
